Please check the date of submission of documents mentioned on the child’s form.
Both the parents should come along with the child and original documents on the date of submission.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
1) Print-out of the Admission Form
2) Xerox of the Birth Certificate of the child.
3) Xerox of the Ration Card
4) Electricity Bill
5) A recent passport size Photograph of the child, the Father and the Mother
6) If sister (No cousins) studying in the School, Xerox of the last report to be attached
7) If Ex-student-Any document as a proof of the same.
8) Qualification of Father & Mother – Any document as a proof of the same.
9) If SC/ST/NT/etc. then Caste Certificate of the child.
10) Baptism Certificate of child
